FiveCedi respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement on our platform. This DMCA Policy outlines the process for reporting copyright infringements and our responses to such notices.

1. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available on FiveCedi infringes on your copyright, you may send a written notification of the claimed infringement (a “DMCA Takedown Notice”) to our designated DMCA Agent at the contact information provided below. Your DMCA Takedown Notice must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on FiveCedi, with enough detail to enable us to locate it. Please include URLs, screenshots, or other information that can help us identify the infringing content.
• Contact information sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your name at the end of your message can be considered an electronic signature).

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

2. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

• Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside of the United States, the judicial district in which FiveCedi is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Takedown Notice or an agent of that person.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your name at the end of your message can be considered an electronic signature).

3. Restoration of Removed Content

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material if the party who filed the original DMCA Takedown Notice does not file a court action against you within 10 business days. Please be aware that providing false information in a DMCA Notice or counter-notification may result in legal consequences.

4. Repeat Infringers

FiveCedi reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers under the DMCA or other applicable copyright laws. If you believe your account has been wrongly terminated due to multiple copyright claims, please contact our DMCA Agent.

5. Modifications to this DMCA Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy as needed to reflect changes in legal requirements or our practices. Please review this policy periodically for the latest information on our DMCA practices.
